How to cancel BritBox
BritBox cancels from the website in a couple of clicks — unless you signed up through an app store, in which case the store holds the subscription.

Step by step
- Sign in at britbox.com.
- Open your Account page.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Watch out for
- Signed up through Apple, Amazon or Roku? Cancel in that store, not on BritBox.
- Monthly plans stop at the next billing date; annual plans generally aren’t refunded mid-term.
