How to cancel DirecTV Stream
DIRECTV Stream has no one-click cancel. You do it from your account page, and it’s worth saving the confirmation number when you’re done.

Step by step
- Sign in at stream.directv.com.
- Open My Account and find your plan.
- Choose Manage plan, then cancel the subscription.
- Work through the retention screens and note the confirmation number.
Watch out for
- If you’re inside a contract term, an early termination fee can apply.
- Unreturned equipment fees are for satellite accounts — streaming has no box to send back.
- Keep the confirmation email until the final bill arrives.
