How to cancel Netflix
Cancel online in about two minutes. You can’t do it from the app — it has to be done in a browser.

Step by step
- Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in.
- Choose Finish Cancellation when prompted.
- Pick a reason (optional) and confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation email — that’s your proof.
Watch out for
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Signed up through Apple or Google? Cancel in your phone’s subscription settings instead.
- You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
