How to cancel Spotify Premium
Spotify Premium cancels from your account page on the website. You drop to the free tier, and your playlists and saved music stay exactly where they are.

Step by step
- Sign in at spotify.com/account.
- Open Your plan.
- Choose Change plan.
- Select Cancel Premium and confirm.
Watch out for
- Subscribed through Apple or Google? Cancel in that store.
- Cancelling doesn’t delete your account or playlists — you keep the free tier.
- Premium runs until the end of the paid period.
